The minimum withdrawal limit is ₹500 (mention the amount). Requests below this amount will not be processed.
Withdrawals are permitted only for users who have actively participated in skill-based games and complied with all platform rules.
Users can submit withdrawal requests via the "Withdraw" section of their account.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 7 (Seven) business days. However, delays may occur due to bank processing times or additional verification requirements.
Withdrawals are processed through secure payment methods, including bank transfers, UPI, or e-wallets. The payout method must match the user's registered account details.
There is no withdrawal fee charge able for the requested withdrawal amount.
As per Indian law, applicable TDS will be deducted on winnings exceeding ₹10,000 at the prevailing rates. Users will receive a TDS certificate for tax filing purposes.
Any bonuses or promotional credits in the user account are non-withdrawable and must be used exclusively for gameplay.
Withdrawal requests flagged for suspicious activity may be withheld or cancelled pending further investigation.
Users must ensure that the bank account or payment method provided for withdrawals is active and belongs to the registered account holder.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and updated details for withdrawals. Nexgen Playtech will not be liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Nexgen Playtech reserves the right to update or amend the withdrawal policy at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or notifications on the platform.
In case of disputes, the decision of Nexgen Playtech will be final and binding.
